Can we use a credit or debit card?

Credit and debit cards are both accepted. SimpleCertifiedMail.com (“SCM”) charges a 3.2% fee (4.0% for American Express) for payments made this way, to cover fees levied upon SimpleCertifiedMail.com by the credit card processors. There are no fees when funding comes directly from a bank account.
