Closing an account is easy. Send an email to assistance@simplecertifiedmail.com requesting to close your account. Client Services will contact you to confirm and then refund any leftover account balance to your credit card, debit card, or bank account, depeding on what payment method you were using. Even though the account will no longer be able to create cover sheets and labels, your historical transactions can be accessed for up to ten years using your Sign In.
