Help CenterThe Print Queue feature enables you to prepare cover sheets but delay printing and mailing your Certified Mail until a more convenient time. It’s a great help when you’d rather print and mail a full day or two’s worth of Certified Mail® pieces at one time but still want to input the addresses into SimpleCertifiedMail.com one-by-one during the day. It’s also a simple alternative to Batch Processing when you don’t want to import addresses from an Excel spreadsheet. There’s no limit to the number of Certified Mail cover sheets you can add to the Print Queue but they must be printed within 8 days because postage that has been added to cover sheets must be scanned by the USPS within 8 days. Items left in the Print Queue for more than 8 days are automatically deleted, and the USPS postage and Certified Mail fees credited to your account.
